    Patricio founded Intelectium Consulting in 2004 and led the company to become one of Spain’s leading consulting firms specializing in strategy and corporate finance for technology based companies. Under hisleadership, the company has participated in over 25 early-seed financing transactions totaling more than € 30 million in the last two years. From Intelectium, he has led and participated in strategy development projects, including its private and public financing, for companies such as Abiquo,VirtualSharp, Minube, Rockola, Red Karaoke, Starlab, Agile Contents, Whisbi, E2S and Ermestel, among many others. Also, he has participated in several consulting projects in the areas of organization, process reengineering and systems for companies such as La Caixa, Deutsche Bank, Endesa, MetroNews, Werfen Group, Grupo Zeta, the Generalitat of Valencia or GDS Cusa, among others. Prior to founding Intelectium Consulting in 2004, Patricio has served as Senior Manager in charge of Accenture’s Strategy practice of FMCG industry in the Southern Cone. In this role, he has led projects for companies such as Carrefour, Royal Ahold, Coca Cola FEMSA, Allied Domecq and Cargill, among others. Previously, he spent 10 years in various technical, commercial and marketing roles at Exxonmobil where he grew up to Planning Manager for the Retail, Industry and Logistics groups with responsibilities for the Southern Cone of America. Patricio is a Civil Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires and earned an MBA, with Magna Cum Laude honors, in the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College (Boston - USA). Passionate about the science of management, Patricio has conducted extensive research in the field of innovation and has developed numerous models and methodologies to improve the practice of consulting in the areas of market research and defining innovative strategies. Product of his wide and varied experience as a manager, entrepreneur and consultant, in different countries and small and large companies with different capital structures, Patricio has a very rich and comprehensive view of the modern business and its challenges.  Therefore, he is able to contribute with great expertise in the areas of strategy, finance, marketing, organization and systems.

    Sebastian has been involved, within Intelectium, in strategy, marketing and fundraising engagements for Androme, Abiquo, Agile Contents, Perramón & Badia, Spec Group, Lafcarr and Rockola, among others. He has also led numerous performance improvement projects for La Caixa, Bankinter, Deutsche Bank, Bancaja, Endesa, sums, and Metro News. He has over 30 years of professional experience as a consultant and entrepreneur, working for large national and multinational projects in the areas of finance, human performance management, change management, information systems implementation and corporate development. In addition, he has founded Learningworks, together with Roger Schank, a prestigious U.S. academic former professor at Stanford, Northwestern and Yale. Learningworks is a human performance improvement consulting firm that implements innovative learning and training programs, and works in close partnership with Intelectium.  Sebastián is also a partner at SEISA, a company specializing in M ​​& A for small and medium enterprises operating in the traditional economy. Previously, he served as head for Spain and Portugal for the Change Leadership practice at Deloitte and has been Director of Financial Systems division at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he was responsible for introducing the practice of Change Management and Business Transformation in Spain and also participated in its worldwide release. He graduated in Economics and MBA from ESADE. His passion for the science of management has led him to specialize in two very different although critical fields of knowledge when managing a company: human performance improvement and corporate finance. This makes him an exceptional professional, skilful and ambidextrous, which added to his exceptional assertiveness, makes him a highly valued professional for all his clients. His capacity for analysis, conceptualization, synthesis and explanation of complex issues and challenges in a friendly and simple way, raises him wide admiration and recognition.

    Hector brings to Intelectium a strong private equity/Venture Capital/family fund investment and financing expertise, coupled with a entrepreneurial, international and technology background attained through his 11 year tenure as Director of the Board, Chairman and, in the end, CEO of San Francisco-based Bricsnet, a Company ranked by Gartner’s Magic Quadrant as a leading vendor in the Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) space. He was responsable for raising $42 Million in VC rounds A to C4.   Earlier in his career, Hector led the creation and financing of Bricsnet Ibérica SA, a €4 Million Joint Venture between a family-owned Spanish holding and a publicly-traded technology company in Belgium. Later on, he led the acquisition of Bricsnet’s assets together with a panel of private investors, headquartered the Company in San Francisco and became Director of the Board. Hector cut his teeth working 7 years for Accenture as a management consultant, leading international engagements in US and Europe. There, he grew within the firm ranks to Senior Manager and became a member of the Executive Team.   Hector holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and was selected, based on his outstanding academic performance, to complete a special 5-year programme of Economics with HRM Don Felipe Borbón y Grecia, Prince of Asturias and Girona.
