Content of the experience
Carry out specific activities with high added value such as analyzing socio-demographic and economic trends, finding discontinuities in your markets, listening to the voice of your customers, determining the job-to-be-done that leads your customers to “hire” your products, draw value curves and conclude by developing an innovative high-impact strategy. It follows the itinerary of a unique methodology, developed by Intelectium based on practical and pragmatic concepts of renowned experts such as Clayton Christensen, Tony Ulwick, Chan Kim, and Renee Maugborne.

An intense experience in which key concepts and tools are exposed and internalized as needed to execute and solve a series of fundamental tasks to develop high-impact strategies.

1. Understand the “jobs” that your clients do, their requirements, their degree of satisfaction with the “tools” they have to execute them.
2. Define appropriate variables and draw value curves for your business and competitors.
3. Visually analyze what the different value curves say.
4. Launch a systematic and detailed analysis exercise to understand the business environment that will allow you to see reality through four different “lenses” and gain perspective.
