Lawyer and Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice (Business Institute) and Master in Law and New Technologies (University of Valencia), with more than 20 years of specialized professional practice in legal advice to companies in the areas of corporate law, contract law, advice to startups, intellectual and industrial property, agreements and conflicts between partners, and bankruptcy law, among others. Expert in legal issues related to new technologies and data protection. He has advised numerous startups on various issues including investment agreements, partner agreements, lawsuits, dispute resolution, etc. Ignasi has also served as Professor of Commercial Law in different and prominent institutions.

Sociologist, criminologist and Behavior Analyst, specialized in the design, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of organizations with a clear focus on the human factor. She has a long history as an organizational consultant and trainer, especially in the technology sector, where she accompanies management teams and organizations in their transformation to innovative forms of management, working with new leadership, talent commitment and strategic positioning in the area of Human Resources. In addition to her career as a Sociologist, her training as a specialist includes two master's degrees in Behavior Analysis, Profiling and Negotiation in complex environments, a master's degree in Criminology, where she specialized in the expertise and prevention of psychosocial risks in organizations, and several specialty certificates such as Criminal Profiler, Organizational Analyst and companion of victims of psychological harassment. Its relationship with the academy, through research, keeps it constantly updated in the use of scientifically validated tools. With this multidisciplinary training, Nadia offers a rare profile that covers all fields of the complex spectrum of human behavior and its development in organizations.

Outside the professional field, his love for food, sports and reading defines him as a balanced person who is always looking for new knowledge.

Guillem studied the degree in Smart Cities at the UAB School of Engineering and then began his specialization in finance, completing level I of the CFA and studying the advanced degree in Administration and Finance. He has worked in the financial department of the pharmaceutical company Sanofi, carrying out tasks related to tax filings, Transfer Price and financial controlling. Born in Menorca, he is currently in Barcelona, ​​driven by the dynamism of the Spanish entrepreneurial environment. Passionate about sport, martial arts, blues, and history, in his free time he likes to go to the gym, practice judo, play the guitar and understand human nature.

Creative, passionate and open-minded, she studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Córdoba and continued her training with a Master's Degree in International Business at the University of Seville. In love with the bohemian atmosphere of Barcelona and fascinated by the Sagrada Familia, she decided to move to this vibrant city, where she found inspiration for her curiosity and creativity.
