Peter is an investment banker specialized in technology, with more than 30 years of experience and a history of more than 150 mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions, mainly with European companies backed by venture capital and private equity funds. In 2005, he co-founded Mooreland Partners, a transatlantic M&A boutique with offices in San Francisco, New York, London and Frankfurt, which was acquired by Stifel in 2019. Peter currently acts as a senior advisor to several European venture capital funds and their affiliated companies. He is also an active investor in various venture capital funds and startups, highlighting his role as co-founder of Dialllog.co, the CRM and project management platform for corporate operations professionals. Peter is a native speaker in French, English, German and Slovenian, and holds a degree from Paris-Sorbonne University (Engineering Sciences) and the ESCP Business School.

Lawyer and Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice (Business Institute) and Master in Law and New Technologies (University of Valencia), with more than 20 years of specialized professional practice in legal advice to companies in the areas of corporate law, contract law, advice to startups, intellectual and industrial property, agreements and conflicts between partners, and bankruptcy law, among others. Expert in legal issues related to new technologies and data protection. He has advised numerous startups on various issues including investment agreements, partner agreements, lawsuits, dispute resolution, etc. Ignasi has also served as Professor of Commercial Law in different and prominent institutions.

He has worked in the financial department of the pharmaceutical company Sanofi, carrying out tasks related to tax filings, Transfer Price and financial controlling. Born in Menorca, he is currently in Barcelona, ​​driven by the dynamism of the Spanish entrepreneurial environment. Passionate about sport, martial arts, blues, and history, in his free time he likes to go to the gym, practice judo, play the guitar and understand human nature.

Creative, passionate and open-minded, she studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Córdoba and continued her training with a Master's Degree in International Business at the University of Seville. At HSBC Mexico, she was part of the Business Finance team, where she led the development of models to analyze the profitability of financial products and collaborated with different areas of the bank. She also co-founded a startup, an experience that reinforced his practical approach and his ability to adapt. A consistent and disciplined athlete, she finds in physical activity a way to maintain balance and mental clarity.

Dedicated, creative and responsible, Mariana graduated in Business Administration and Management from ESADE, where she discovered her passion for generating a positive and sustainable impact on organizations through consulting, operations and finance. She grew up in a family of entrepreneurs in El Salvador, which aroused a great interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startups. She is passionate about reading, traveling and sharing new experiences with diverse people and cultures.

Graduated in Technology Business Administration and Digital Economy, currently pursuing her PhD in Disruptive Technologies, with a particular focus on the intersection between Economics, Responsible Innovation and Governance. With experience as a Researcher at the Innova Institute and at the startup Saalg, collaborating in the development of commercial strategy. Lover of animals and stand-up comedy. Passionate about outdoor sports, she enjoys watching rugby matches, listening to Eric Clapton and Billy Joel, while being motivated by the energy and creativity that each new project brings.
