Through Targeted Interviews (DI) and Nominal Group Techniques (NGT), we work with Key Employees and the Management Team to clarify the Company's Shared Strategy and capture the Company's prevailing Values. A company's set of values is what dictates all the elements of a company's culture.
Using “Rapid Ethnography” techniques, targeted interviewing techniques and specific surveys (such as DISC), our experts collect key ideas and patterns about behaviors, beliefs, work systems and roles, and compare them to the personalities of team members to inform strategic decision-making and organizational development.
With the information collected in the previous phase, our experts develop preliminary conclusions, structured in terms of Strengths/Levers and Weaknesses/Limitations, and organized into three areas: Personality, Context and Culture. These preliminary conclusions are validated through a series of Workshops where action plans are also developed.
With a shared understanding of what is happening, our team of experts develops a detailed Intervention Plan, organized around the areas of People, Processes and Tasks.
