The Official Credit Institute allocates 202 million to eleven funds

The Official Credit Institute (ICO) will invest 910 million in Spanish companies.

The ICO aims to allocate 202 million euros in eleven funds in order to reinvest 910 million euros in Spanish companies, according to a press release from them. Fond-ICO Global is the call that has selected eleven funds. There were 32 participants who presented themselves, of which 28% are international. Of the total investment volume, 90 million will go to Espiga Equity Partners, Quadriga Asset Managers and MCH Private Equity, the three venture capital funds. On the other hand, 61 million go to 'Venture Capital' Seaya Capital Gestión, Ysios Capital Partners, Ged Capital Development and Kanoar Ventures. In addition, the ICO will allocate 14 million euros to Business Booster and Demium Startups in the technology transfer and incubation category. Some 37 million euros will be allocated to the selected debt funds Atalante SAS (Capzac) and Talde Gestió. Fond-ICO Global participates in funds that invest in companies at all stages, highlighting early stages and innovation. Since its launch, they have invested in 552 investments in Spanish companies, investing more than 3.2 billion euros. Thanks to Fond-ICO Global, employment is generated for more than 155,000 workers.
